Welcome to GrowthNotes.

GrowthNotes is a new project of mine where I write full guides on topics that I’m curious / am learning / have learned about. If you’re interested in learning about health and lifestyle optimisation, then this site is for you.

The plan: Write down everything I’m learning about optimising my lifestyle, much like a notebook.

The progress: Not much as of August 2025, but with PLENTY in the pipeline so stay tuned.

The goal: Help everyone who finds these notes to live better. Not meant to be flashy, just meant to be useful.

Why Use GrowthNotes?

Everything being online is both a blessing and a curse. There’s more information than ever, but it’s scattered, contradictory, and often incomplete.

It’s super easy to find some information on a topic, but surprisingly difficult to find full, structured guides, all in one place and not chopped up over TikTok. So that’s what this is. In-depth, actionable content, all in one place.

Simple, practice and made to be useful.

Guide Structure

Every GrowthNotes guide is designed to be as useful and easy to navigate as possible.

  1. Intro
  2. Information and learning: the core info including science, principles, and key concepts
  3. Actionable steps: what to actually do and why. Should be as comprehensive as possible.
  4. FAQs: clear up common confusions.
  5. Summary
  6. Notes: further reading, sources I’ve used, and some extra thoughts that didn’t quite fit elsewhere. Think of it as whatever would be written in the margin.

You’ll also find a table of contents at the top of each guide to help you find the bit you’re interested in as fast as possible.
